IIRC, some people with ME get improvements in both pain and energy with muscle relaxing meds although in healthy people they are causing excessive sleepiness. I have a prescription for CBD but anything over 2 ml a day gives me restless legs at night so no sleep. The doctor said I needed to be on at least 3 ml a day.

I had bad anxiety too when I tried taking a capsule of the lower strength that Healthspan do here in the UK. It was obviously too much for me. I know this is sort of off topic but I wanted to say that just the plain CBD oil at the right dose is very powerful and beneficial in some cases. Last week my 6 year old beloved Beagle Snoopy developed horrid seizures. He had 3 in 24 hours. Blood work was perfect but my vet wanted him to have scans and maybe an MRI which would have cost thousands of pounds.
