Advice for first test cycle - diet etc post full stats, your current diet and current routine. Learn from the mistakes of others, you can never live long enough to make them all yourself. Success is not the result of spontaneous combustion. You must set yourself on fire.
It is not important to be better than someone else, but to be better than yesterday. Your current diet is terrible for bodybuilding. I'm gonna assume you are wanting to bulk up so try something like this: Something to think about.

This is just what i needed would it be alright to skip the 3 PM and have a shake instead, and if I'm unable to have one of the meals can a shake substitute it? Adjust the diet as necessary depending when you train and work etc. I would eat whole food as often as possible, but a shake is better than nothing. Advice for first test cycle - diet etc Your diet and training routine is absolutely terrible! No offense by this. Follow your dreams you can reach your goals I'm living proof! I even know a couple of guys who devour their own sperm as it's pure protein! Just a thought though. I tried it a few times, it's ok just leaves a taste in your mouth for a long time Which did not go down very well with my wife.

I would move your workout up one more meal slot so you can eat carbs if your worried about losing.. By the looks of it, its a good diet plan.. I would just eat another cup of oats with this meal Your body is going to use everything you eat postworkout But it is still gonna need fuel to keep going..
THe postworkout shake is just to fuel your body after carb depletion to make you anabolic again Get you out of your Catabolic Fat burning Stage But then again, if your using anabolics What is your everyday supplmentation like?
