I am getting ready to start my carb load days on the anabolic diet. I just wanted to get some info from experience. I am currently trying to lean down before my trip to Mexico, I will be bulking when I return. I am going over thanksgiving, so I have a few weeks. After reading the book, it wasn't really clear to me. I just don't want to not eat enough carbs and not benefit as much as I could. Any help will be appreciated. I usually keep it fairly clean, but this last week I was on vacation visiting a friend of mine in California and I did a 48 hour carb load last weekend, including cheescake and some cookies.
