What I really wanted to do was prove to myself that this book would help me prepare a complete nutritional plan, in the easiest way possible. Without much hesitation, I picked out a quick menu which included breakfast, lunch, and dinner and printed out the recipes needed.
I stuck the menu and recipes in a binder and tapped a copy of the menu to my fridge door. Once I was satisfied with the recipes, I made out a list and headed to the grocery store and picked up the ingredients. The meal took me about 5 minutes to prepare and about 8 minutes to cook. All I can say is that it tasted absolutely delicious.
It sounded pretty fancy to me and I was expecting at least an hour to prepare and make this dish. It took me 10 minutes to prepare and another 20 minutes to cook. The meal was something that could have been prepared and served in a fancy restaurant. On top of that, this was a pure muscle building recipe. It was exactly what I was looking for.
